Xilons are an extinct species of cellular organisms indigenous to the oceans of the planet Nhizilius, and are one of the oldest known ancestors that led to the sapient species on the planet, the Zadeji. They were slow because of the lone flagella on their posterior. Thankfully for them, they had a pair a huge, forward-facing spikes on each side of its mouth.
Behind the scenes[]
- The taxonomy was not created by Somarinoa (besides the genus/species binominal name) but the Taxonomy Project on SporeWiki. Because the system is flawed (a creature from another planet would not fit into any kingdoms found on Earth), it should not be considered canonical. However, it is used for lack of a more correct taxonomy.
