Vuifken Herden is a Bio-Morph politician and the Administrator of Morphist Ninurta. In the Human Readiness Committee, she is known as the Bio-Morph of India. Identified as a human named Chandra Kanti. Her position as Administrator makes her an acquaintance to Nergal's Gul Banu, Enlil's Malakas Lym, Ninlil's Mierva Neesha, Epione's Kunegund Bavacin, and Shamash's Zeesha Pacatian. She is the mother of Sadagares Herden and Ereleuva Herden.
Born Hildegard Alpais Liobsynde Eadgithu as the daughter of Rosamund Syagrius and Hunald Alpais Fulk in the Esus UNM-controlled city of Hesus. Growing up in the mountain region alongside herchebud monks. Vuifken eventually stopped being a practicing anoist and traveled the world where she settled in Lenusia. Centuries later with the foundation of the empire by Sero Fera, she enlisted with the Home Systems Defence Force (HSDF) serving under the command of Belus III. With the discovery of non-morph species, she was engaged in many wars that proceeded first contact. Be it Rovar, Pami, Yotha, and the Marduks. Becoming captain. With the empire seeing a resurgence, Belus V finally conquered Ninurta and Vuifken was made administrator a year after the successful conquest as Landrada Adaltrude's friend. As administrator over a new species for the empire, Vuifken under the policy of indirect rule allowed the marduks to continue practicing there customs and law as a means of making them more compliant to emperor Belus V.
Centuries onward with an uninterrupted tenure, her position during the morphist deighal while not a violent uprising did see her make a compromise to the population to accept Juba Aderfi as an advisor to her. Eventually in 1820 her position was 'scaled back' by order of Anu Fera to give the marduks more control of their homeworld.
