Tassilo Clovis is a Hunyago historian and scholar who worked at the Esid archives as Head Archivist to now working as a historian with the HRC. In the Human Readiness Committee, he is known as the Bio-Morph of Canada. Identified as a human named Thomas Elliot.

Born Tassilo Theoderic Clovis as the son of historian Totila Clovis and an imperial sergeant named Wisigard Amalsentha in North Asoya. He studied under his father and would be trained by his mother once she reached Captain rank. Tassilo stuck to his love of history. Working in the legendary 'Hipocam' imperial archives after getting a recommendation from his father. It was here he would meet Agila Gunderic, another archivist. Working with him as they stored and dissected the works brought in from all over the galaxy. In 1141 CE, Tassilo married him and had one child they received through adoption thanks to his work for the empire. The work in the archives earned him a spot in Gundrada Joveta's inner circle. This ascension made him distant from his family. Choosing work, Agila left with his son Theoderic. He made his position permanent to overcome the loss.

In 1820 CE, Tassilo, along with several others, were arrested for their affiliation with the recently overthrown Gundrada Joveta but was spared from a possible execution on a plea bargain he would only be incarcerated. In his time imprisoned, he made a series of writings labeled "Historiography of the Morphist Imperium", a collection of personal writings detailing, from a popular perspective, about the history of the empire. The money gathered from it's sales, bought by nostalgic former imperial members, allowed him to pay his bail.
