Rigan Tathan is a Hunyago politician of the Morph Imperial Court for much of it's existence. In the Human Readiness Committee, she is known as the Bio-Morph of Israel. And to a minor extent the Palestinian area's. Identified as a human name Noa Shira.
Rigan was born to devoted rheoli's Rasis and Ostrana Tathan, members of the Verde Coasts' Exarchate council through her grandfather who was the exarch.
