History
The Otops Hierarchy was formed after a war that ended the 20 thousand year rule of the Great Monarchy. The founding races were the Mumhenots and the Koniyex. Later races that were implemented were the Yenaax, Bowax, Y'kvekin, Viperians, and finally, humans. The Hierarchy was originally made up of two star systems, but has since formed into 20.
The hierarchy lasted for 2 million years, before it was crushed by a small, Earth based rebellion.
