Mierva Neesha is a Hunyago imperial administrator of Morphist Ninlil. Succeeding his father who was the administrator of the colony since it's founding by Sero Fera. In the Human Readiness Committee, he is known as the Bio-Morph of Latvia. Identified as a human named Madis Karlis.
Mierva was born imperial Haia city-state Ninlil, the Yotha homeworld. Growing up around the settlers and their servants. He became administrator when his father, Gand Neesha, retired. Appearance and Personality
Mierva is a morph of a red-violet chroma. Taking the idea of a cultural purveyor of the indigenous people much like Gul Banu and Zeesha Pacatian, he wears no distinctive cultural clothing to differentiate him from the rest.
