Kunegund Bavacin is a Hunyago intellectual and later administrator of Morphist Epione from 1023 CE to 1820 CE. In the Human Readiness Committee, she is known as the Bio-Morph of Australia. Identified as a human named Zara Harper. Her duty as Administrator makes her acquaintance's of Nergal's Gul Banu, Enlil's Malakas Lym, Ninlil's Mierva Neesha, Ninurta's Vuifken Herden and Shamash's Zeesha Pacatian. She is the wife of Kuru Norach.

Born in the western Lenusian country Bandua as the daughter of imperial diplomat Laudus Bavacin and tax collector Gersvinda Moschia. She joined the army around 920 CE, serving with Epione's cosains. Returning home aboard, she was granted the position as assistant-secretary to the morphist administration for her organizational skills. In 1023 CE it received her the position of Administrator as part of a re-shuffling by Uparmiya Jobias.

Kunegund's time as administrator went through random bouts of stability and instability due to Epione's constant targeting by imperial enemies. Be it the rovar shifter regiment or dissidents.
