Joavan Orella is a Hunyago intellectual turned imperial soldier. In the Human Readiness Committee she is known as the Bio-Morph of Japan. Identified as a human named Kaiya Nozomi (Japanese Kanji: 野上佳弥 - English pronounce: K-eye-ah No-zo-me)

Joavan was born in 794 CE as the child of an uncommitted couple from the imperial capital. Later adopted and taught under Anshan Cyrus as one of his disciples. Unalike the later and more Cyrusian devotee step-sibling Alaric Bessas, she pursued a career in the imperial forces after passing the 401 year mark in 1195 CE. Reaching the rank of lieutenant in her fights against the kingu. In 1256 CE she returned to Esid to reunite with her 'father', only to find difficulty in reintergrating with the political atmosphere of her home. A consequence of her own extended absence. Although back with Cyrus, she signed on for another tour with the army to get away. While stationed in Kayra, she became romantically involved with a fellow member of her squad; an amurru named Corderic Qaraqin. When the tour ended, she moved with him to Martu, establishing a brood of four children.

  • Joavan's birth year coincides with the beginning of the Heian period in 794.
  • Kaiya, from the Japanese language, means Forgiveness.
  • Nozomi, a Japanese feminine name in Kanji Japanese, that means "wishful beauty".
  • In many Asian cultures, particularly Japan, white represents reverence, purity, and simplicity.
