The Glulip (Brocygera honomysae) is a species of troglotulip indigenous to the paradise planet Ilongoqungo. It was formally discovered by boundary walker Loranche explorer Somarinoa in Earth Year 3416.

Background history[]

Fossil evidence suggests that the ancestors to the modern and widely-distributed palateworms originated on the planet Ilongoqungo where they appeared to mimic the glulip and the luminpod.

Description[]

Glulips are thick-stemmed plants found around cavern entrances. They use bioluminescent processes to glow in the dark, leaving their large flower a vibrant blue. Their stems are brown while their leaves are an olive-drab green in their center and becoming fuchsia near the edges. They are closely related to the luminpod.

Behind the scenes[]

The marrow bulb species on Ilongoqungo were not made as palateworms as that idea didn't occur until the player reached their third planet after starting, the icy moon of Sacowitchi Iefalt, Zukabergo-Nama Gusuk.
