Filimer Cannabas is a Hunyago intellectual and former soldier. In the Human Readiness Committee, he is known as the Bio-Morph of the Netherlands. Identified as a human named Hugo Bram (Philip Bram van der Cannas).
Born in the final year of Sero Fera's reign in the eastern Lenusian country of Nemausus by his grandfather Bero Cannabas who took him under his care after his two children died in the final days of the Ferasian War off world. Bero granted him the name Filimer after his own grandfather. At age 400, they moved to Mergen's capital Esid where Filimer was put forward to complete his compulsive service. Returning home after serving ten whole years, he discovered that his grandfather had passed away. With no family around he left for the other sections of the empire. Spending decades jumping around jobs and even working as an auxiliary gunner on a pirate vessel. Unsatisfied with constantly being on the move, he moved to the Morphist East Indies (Ninab system) getting work as a tax collector among the amurru. He stayed here for one century until being removed to prevent further agitation among the amurru. Moving back to Mergen, Filimer met dagon sergeant named Corvala Oristanu, who he dated for two years. Marrying her and moving to Athirat.
