Cautious Knifewing (Pepbevarda bladnandea), perhaps more accurately known to some as the Cautious Tungtenna, are a species of aerial non-sapients indigenous to the frozen planet Popolist. They are cautious, flock-oriented organisms known for using their extendable tongues to smell the environment around them to keep watch for predators as well as to locate their preferred food source, Frostwort, from a significant distance away.

Found on planet Popolist, home to harsh freezing winds. These cautious fliers only take to the open sky when it is unavoidable, preferring to hung the terrain and flit between the cover of bushes and trees. Gut analysis reveals a diet consisting almost entirely of Frostwort.
