Opishneli Ochi (formerly known as Amchasavy Owas which was occasionally shortened by locals to "Amchasavy") is the fifth planet in the Toxete System, found within known Korvax space. It is an inconsequential, "backwater" Corrosive Planet now locked in a deep ice age (making it currently a Hiemal Planet) located within the Ospeleshv Fringe along the edge of the Euclid Galaxy. It is known as the homeworld of the blobbies.

Summary[]

Opishneli Ochi is a moonless planet in the Toxete System. Before the utilization of a discovered Sculptor artifact was used to drastically alter the entire system, it was inundated with heavy concentrations acidic dust, making it inhospitable to most organisms not indigenous to the planet itself. It had a toxicity level that fluctuated between 56.8 and 59.8 at night. However, the Sculptor tool stripped the planet of its atmosphere and later locked the planet deep into an ice age, killing off all of its major vegetation to make room for conifers and deciduous trees to overtake the planet. Many wildlife species had to quickly adapt to survive, and have become new iterations on old concepts.

History[]

Korvax Awakening[]

When the Korvax left in stasis beneath Litvaardpa Dummi came back online many centuries after their initial dormancy, they rose up and slaughtered the local Vy'keen that had come to occupy the system. In the process, the atmosphere of Amchasavy Owas was stripped from it and brought over to Arpenefe Ayug both as a way to revitalize the forsaken planet (which the Korvax at the time were also stationed on) as well as to easily kill off the Vy'keen staffed on Amchasavy.

This successfully killed off all Vy'keen on the planet, but also did some damage to the local wildlife, as well. While most species were able to eke out an existence in the caverns below ground for some time, species like the Forktail Sparrowbat that fed on local Angervines and stole food from the sapient camps dotting the landscape were not prepared for such a transition and fell from the sky, unable to keep themselves airborne without an atmosphere to ride upon; they then quickly suffocated to death on the surface. Sessile species such as the Amchasavy and Warty Sponges and their Acid Sponge relatives all went extinct as well, although related specimens off-world at the time would later be introduced to Kobastl Tau, meaning their lineage lives on elsewhere. Non-fungal vegetation such as the Dread Cycoid and the Glass Stem also suffocated and died out. While all fungal vegetation also suffocated and died, their spores survived... for now.

Ice Age[]

Amchasavy 13

The landscape after the resculpting is no longer recognizable...

After some months, the local Korvax discovered a long-abandoned Sculptor device located at the edge of the planetary system. Although it took some effort, the Korvax were able to get this giant machine online again and after some trial and error, figured out how to actually activate it. As it turned out, it was a planet sculpting device, and it automatically resculpted the planets to suit the long-dead Sculptor crew's wishes. The atmosphere of Amchasavy Owas was reinstated, allowing life to return to the planet's surface. New fungal vegetation started to bloom again but before it was able to take hold, the sculpting transformed the planet into a snowball world. This killed off all remaining fungal vegetation, though what spores did remain are now locked deep in the glacial fields and are not expected to resurface for some millennia; although probably not technically extinct because of the hardiness of spores, vegetation such as the Shrawler and the Cnidolari are considered extinct by proxy. With the end of the Fungal Age, plantlike vegetation that had formerly been in the minority was able to finally take hold, leading to the Boreal Age. Surviving species that had come out of hiding such as the Amchasavy Blobs, Fungtrios, Haupis, Himons, Hopping Leevers, Hopsnakes, Hypermantids, and even the Gwoni tribes, all were forced to adapt to this now much colder and less acidic environment or die trying. Most were actually pretty successful in doing so, leading to new species as updated iterations to the old ones. However, both the Himons and the Hopping Leevers failed to adapt and went extinct soon after. A new species known as the Boreal Mandibat took over the skies in the Sparrowbat family's absence, which the Gwonis quickly began to establish a weak but promising connection with.

Cube Cluster World[]

On Earth date August 7th, 3318 AD the Loranche explorer Somarinoa discovers a cluster of exposed Vortex Cubes just outside of the Quuleu Assembly in the Windswept Plains of Bedulin. This quickly led to the realization that the planet was in fact a Cluster World, a planet covered in vast numbers of Vortex Cubes, some above ground and many clustered just below the surface in a series of labyrinthine cave systems. Although still recovering from a near-fatal assault by Sentinel Drones, Somarinoa was able to carry back 31 cubes and 30 bundles of TetraCobalt to Toxete Station, whom officially declared the world a valued asset to Korvax Space.

Locations[]

During the Korvax Awakening, their usage of an ancient Sculptor device irreparably damaged the planetary biomes of every world, and Opishneli Ochi was no exception. While both of the known Vy'keen plaques were physically destroyed by the Korvax, Armentin Moor, Culli Crossing, Lageusty Dale, Taynka Swamp, and the Uxiao and Zinabybo Marshes were lost under miles of glacial ice.

Life[]

Flora[]

Name Color Discovered by   Brief description
Acidvine
(C. trippedelia)
Brown, segmented stem with fuschia stripes, pale white leaves around base, yellowed "feathers" along crest Somarinoa Acidvine Acidvines are a species of Angervine that existed during the Acidic Era of the planet. They were the bane to the existence of the local Gwoni tribes.

The species eked out an existence up until the planet's sudden glaciation, where they evolved into the Blobeaters.

Blightshade
(Wraithocheirus ferunfria)
Dusty brown tuber above and below ground, green and blue leaves Somarinoa Blightshade Blightshade (also known locally as the "Wraith Hand") is a species of vegetation related to the Diekons brought over after the resculpted glaciation period. Although certain circles of pseudosience believe that the plant-like organism gains nutrition via some form of supernatural conjuration, they in fact are somehow able to detect the deceased, frozen corpses of the milliard of organisms frozen in the glacial ice. They spend decades producing spreading, grasping tubers that seek out these corpses and upon coming into contact with them, latch on and drain their inner fluids by secreting digestive enzymes into them. Because the glaciation happened so suddenly, there are literal tons of organisms for them to feed on down there and thus they are in no short supply. Feeding in this manner causes the Blightshade to collect mordite, which is stored mostly in their ever-expanding tubers.
Blobeater
(C. sponrilecera)
Green, segmented stem with claw-like thorns, upright green leaves around base Somarinoa Blobeater Blobeaters are a species of Angervine that evolved from Acidvines after the planetary glaciation. Their root structure is still substantial, taking up much of the body's overall length, which they use to feed on buried carbon locked up under the snow and in the glacial ice. They have evolved to store vast quantities (for their size) of oxygen in large sacs throughout their body. This oxygen is used to aid in the sudden burst of neurotoxic pollen that they use both to proliferate as well as as a defense mechanism. This toxin causes stupor in about a half hour and begins to slow the heart rate to a mere crawl after an hour and a half, leading to a near-comatose state that often will kill the inflicted without treatment. From here the victim's body is used by the pollen-spores to germinate and grow into a new Blobeater cluster. Although they are hundreds of pollen spores on a body per spray down, these budding Blobeaters will actually constrict and kill each other for the living space until only one remains in that location.

Unlike the relaxed "stance" of their ancestors, Blobeaters keep their tendril curled up like a young fiddlehead fern in order to conserve heat.

Blue Clasp
(Broochtkentron trumxisceum)
Iridescent blue throughout stem and leaves, petals, and spore-filled berries Somarinoa Blue Clasp Blue Clasp is a relative of the Platinum Berries on Ilongoqungo, Gemberry on Thiaseuris-Ulgan Jeppj, Platfruit on Litvaardpa Dummi, and the Soul Tears on Aberskyvinda-Unbu, among others.

A narrow but deep root system belies the difficulty in removing one from the ground due to microscopic setae with similar structure and strength to the footpads of Earth geckos. They grow to full maturity in as little as several days and spend their time absorbing ultraviolet radiation for photosynthesis. Their berries are full of platinum, but unlike those of their close relations, their berries have gripping spines that let it latch onto flesh or cloth and tear away from the main stem to be taken away by traveling organisms, similar to a burr. This separation however causes a spray of infectious spores to fill the air as well, causing delusions due to psychotropic effects that force the infected to find bright starlight with little to no shade for the seeds in the berry to best take root and survive. Infected individuals usually recover in a few hours, but because of the cold atmosphere, this has already led to several unintentional deaths.

Cavecorn
(M. berrihicus)
TBA Somarinoa No Image A species descended from Nipplecaps. Though small, they are difficult to remove from the ground due to a substantial root structure. This combined with their production of inedible petals (thanks to high concentrations of Mordite with them) upon reaching maturity has left them to be ignored by most sapient life on the planet and thus has helped enable the species to flourish. As its name suggests, it mainly grows out of direct starlight and is a very common sight throughout the labyrinthine caverns that criss-cross beneath the snowy surface. They feed via membrane compression — they require nitrogen to sustain themselves but are quite sensitive to the levels they can handle and thus use a multitude of membranes to separate nitrogen from other atmospheric chemicals such as oxygen. They use much of their root system as a makeshift lung that allows them to breathe in air very rapidly. By adjusing which membranes are active to coincide with the pressure of the air rushing through its body structure to ensure the right amount of nitrogen is available to them.

The cap is considered tasty and buttery to those who have tried it, but since Cavecorn grows in areas filled with hazardous flora, they are often considered too risky to collect as a recreational snack.

Cnidolari
(Vailusilica nucborusosa)
Thick brown trunk, dull yellow cap Somarinoa Cnidolari A major species of fungal vegetation during the planet's Fungal Age. Decimated by the resculpting of the planet; while not extinct, all known spores are locked away under miles of glacial ice.
Drainfreeze
(S. highafae)
Thick, dark grayish stem with thick, fleshy purple leaves Somarinoa Drainfreeze The Drainfreeze is a species of mono-seasonal annual flora that has come into fruition since the planet's glaciation. They sustain themselves on an otherwise untapped resource — liquid ammonia found in underground pools beneath the ice.

Because it lives its entire life cycle during the course of a single season, it grows very rapidly, so rapidly in fact that a careful observer can actually watch it grow in real time. They tend to grow in loose clusters, and their root structures naturally seek out others of their kind. Once their roots come into contact with one another, they merge and share a low quantity of nutrients with one another, keeping the entire cluster alive. However, upon death their roots actually become transferable, with the surviving Drainfreezes taking over the roots of any deceased members, with their own growth continuing on from their own section of their former ally's old roots that they have claimed. How this works is not well understood.

Dread Cycoid
(Rejudii riquuskioe)
Pale green stalk and leaves Somarinoa Dread Cycoid A moderate species of hardy vegetation that thrived during the planet's Fungal Age. When the Korvax stripped the planet of its atmosphere, the species went extinct.
Frostwort
(Unknown evolution)
Tall blue stem and leaves, bright green "gem" berry Somarinoa Frostwort A common species of vegetation found on icy worlds, these were cultivated on the planet by local Korvax after the planet's resculpting, with their seeds simply dropped from the air as cargo ships passed overhead. They have become a staple of diets of various species, including Cookie Blobs and M. daddamelum.
Ghostberry
(X. ghostceyulea)
Pale red stem with red petals and hydrogen-filled, red seeds Somarinoa Ghostberry
Glass Stem
(Nacereoe akkaruseoe)
Clay gray stem, translucent white glowing flower Somarinoa Glass Stem A minor species of bioluminescent vegetation that thrived during the planet's Fungal Age. When the Korvax stripped the planet of its atmosphere, the species went extinct.
Kilrobbi
(Winterolestes trustaccae)
Thick white tuber with olive drab bands along the top and bottom with pure white roots, brown stem and glossy purple, fleshy leaves Somarinoa Kilrobbi Kilrobbi is a species of Diekon evolved from specimens transported from Zukabergo-Nama Gusuk after the planet's resculpting. It quickly adapted to this new environ. Although a perennial organism, it matures extremely slowly and spends all of its life using its root hairs to sense nearby vegetation and then extending its motile roots in that direction. Upon connecting with another species, it will parasitically use them as their own nutrient source.

After 45 years of life the Kilrobbi will flower only once, producing tens of thousands of tiny seeds along its tuber before finally dying off the following season.

Kilrobbi has lost its Diekon-related toxicity and can be consumed, although it is not often considered tasty as it still has very high levels of sodium in it.

Mourning Glory
(Calligonubes loneicium)
Brown bark that whitens around the trunk, gray branches, green seed-leaf clusters, and small purple flowers Somarinoa Mourning Glory The largest trees found in the boreal thickets of the Glacial Era, Mourning Glory is named for its weeping branches as well as its ability to generate mist — hence its genus name, "Calligonubes", which translates from Latin to "cloud veil". In the morning, microscopic setae covering the tree lead to it being covered in dew. It absorbs about half of this ice-dew before it is frozen into snow, and because the body of the Mourning Glory is naturally warmer than the bitterly freezing air surrounding it, steam forms. Over the morning hours, this forms a fog that surrounds the tree and inadvertently hides it from those seeking to view it.

Mourning Glory use long roots pulled downwards via gravitational pull to seek out carbon deposits locked in the snow and glacial ice. As their many leaves absorb high levels of oxygen, the trees have been known to be harvested both for carbon as well as oxygen deposits.

These trees are known to live for centuries, and upon death they let out a wheezing death rattle brought on by the escape of oxygen from within their body cavities.

Nipplecap
(Unknown)
TBA Somarinoa Nipplecap A species of fungus-like vegetation that thrived during the Fungal Age. Although it died out during the glaciation, their spores remained and adapted over time to become the Cavecorn.
Rudebol
(Winterolestes clawkatikoe)
Thick white tuber with olive drab bands along the top and bottom with pure white roots, brown stem and glossy purple, fleshy leaves Somarinoa Rudebol Rudebol is a species of Diekon evolved from specimens transported from Zukabergo-Nama Gusuk after the planet's resculpting. It quickly adapted to this new environ. Using voluminous roots, they seek out other vegetation from which they tap into and leech nutrients from for their entire lifecycle, similar to the closely related Kilrobbi.

However, whereas the Kilrobbi is not in and of itself poisonous to consume, Rudebol has not entirely lost the toxicity of its ancestors and as such its petals are completely inedible as doing so will give the consumer acute sodium poisoning. Bacterium that has begun to parasitize on the Rudebol cause many individual vegetations to be covered in frost crystals at irregular intervals.

Shrawler
(Hocaleum thimoveae)
Somarinoa Shrawler A moderate species of fungal vegetation during the planet's Fungal Age. Decimated by the resculpting of the planet; while not extinct, all known spores are locked away under miles of glacial ice.
Traumazil
(P. trumazilia)
Pale grayish bark that whitens around the trunk and canopy, purple leaves with red stems Somarinoa Traumazil Traumazil is a species of large tree that dominates the landscape following the glaciation, forming the very basis of the boreal thickets covering the landscape. They are difficult to knock over even in strong wind storms thanks to a complex, fractal root system.

Traumazil feeds via aerobic digestion. Their roots extend until it finds some of the deadly, acidic compounds that normally make up the planet's atmosphere but are now trapped in the snow and glacial ice. They then pump oxygen down through their roots and this combines with bacterium that live along their roots that break down the chemical compounds. This produces carbon dioxide, waste air and small quantities of other gases such as hydrogen sulfide, which the tree then absorbs to keep itself nourished.

The tree is a source of carbon and frost crystals, the latter of which grow on their bark in irregular clusters. Loggers must be careful as not only does cutting the trees produce an awful smell thanks to the gases they absorb but they also can produce a mist-like neurotoxin as a defensive measure. This temporarily hinders the brain and shuts off nerve endings so that the body thinks they have been damaged or destroyed. Ultimately this leads to paradoxical undressing, which will prove fatal to most organisms.

Fauna[]

Name Height Weight Discovered by   Brief description
Amchasavy Sponge
(Ukkardera eizachus)
Unspecified Unspecified Somarinoa Amchasavy Sponge A species of acid sponge with a greenish-yellow body. They often grow in colonies of two or three.
Warty Sponge
(Lusoneum yettinumeus)
Unspecified Unspecified Somarinoa Warty Sponge A species of acid sponge with a greenish-yellow body and plate-like structures growing off of it. Unlike the more common Amchasavy Sponge, Warties only grow in a singular "stalk".
Amchasavy Blob
(Fascoct problematicus)
1.59m 76.8 kg Somarinoa Amchasavy Blob A species of herbivorous blobby closely related to the much larger Fungtrio. Like their cousins, they are timid by nature and attempt to avoid larger organisms, whether they be predatory or not. These blobbies must seek out their mates, unlike Fungtrios.
Boreal Mandibat
(Hypselomotte halozetae)
1.2m 84.9 kg Somarinoa Boreal Mandibat When the ice age event came, Boreal Mandibats quickly overtook the Forktail Sparrowbats that had previously ruled the skies over the planet. A flighty, semi-sapient species, Boreal Mandibats subsist upon frosty algae that covers various bits of terrain across the landscape. Interestingly, Boreal Mandibats have been found to create artwork utilizing sticks they collect from the local boreal forests where they make their home. Anecdotal evidence suggests that the local Gwoni tribes and Boreal Mandibats are at the very beginnings of a formulated alliance, similar to early man and wolf.
Cookie Blob
(Koekje tamiscaofum)
0.9m 41.0 kg Somarinoa Cookie Blob The Cookie Blobs are a species directly descended from the Amchasavy Blobs that roamed the planet during its acidic phase. In this new snowball world environment, they feed on Frostwort. Their organs have become tiny, allowing them to survive many wounds that may kill other organisms with more complex internal systems. They are shy and avoid other species that they are not accustomed to, but can be found foraging in groups consisting of Frostrios and even Gwonilotitans.

Interestingly, although bigger in size on average when compared to the Amchasavy Blobs, they are actually lighter in weight.

Forktail Sparrowbat
(Ascensur uxumoi)
1.18m 61.23 kg Somarinoa Forktail Sparrowbat A species of bold, aerial herbivore. They seemingly have no fear of predators nor sapients, and will actively use hit-and-run tactics to kill and consume the local Angervines. They will also use this tactic to steal food from local sapients, leading to the nickname "camp robbers".
Frostrio
(Miofascoct beechkutolus)
0.6m 58.0 kg Somarinoa Frostrio The Frostrio is a species directly descended from the Fungtrios that roamed the planet during its acidic phase. Because of the harsh conditions of their new world-spanning environment, they have shrank in overall size in comparison to their ancestors, and now collect seeds that fall off the large forest trees that cover the landscape, moving them to multiple storage locations similar to an amorphous squirrel. Their jumpy nature has helped them to survive, keeping them wary of predators. Interestingly, Frostrios can sense their impending demise and will head underground to die in large "Frostrio Graveyards".
Fungtrio
(Fascoct voutilotta)
1.62m 88.75 kg Somarinoa Fungtrio A species of herbivorous blobby that colonially fuse together with others of their kind, preventing a need to locate one another during breeding season. They are timid by nature, likely spurred on by the increase in population drop for every individual slain as it will kill multiple members this way. Despite their name, there are actually usually 11 or more individuals in each body. Despite their appearance, they are closely related to the Amchasavy Blobs. They were driven to extinction by the coming ice age, though they gave way to their descendants, the Frostrio.
Haupi
(Uslibrae voutilotta)
1.4m (larvae)
1.39m (adult)
110.09 kg (larvae)
98.72 kg (adult)
Somarinoa A species of small blobby which fearfully sneak around the local flora to find and feed upon oxide elements they need to survive. They are commonly found to be prey of the [[]]. Interestingly, they actually grow to bigger sizes in their larval state before finally metamorphosing into adults, which causes them to lose height and weight.
Himon
(Himonia roleato)
1.02m 44.61 kg Somarinoa Himon A species of aggressive, swift hunters which often fight Hypermantids for kills to scavenge off of. They often prey upon Hopping Leevers, but have no qualms about consuming other faunal species on the planet as well. Unlike Hypermantids, Himons have been known to successfully hunt Hopsnakes thanks to their large, piercing mandibles.
Hopping Leever
(Peremochetomorph leeva)
0.86m 64.86 kg Somarinoa Hopping Leever A species of cautious blobbies closely related to the Gwoni, but lacking their tentacle-arms and intelligence. Their teeth for their mandibles are longer and more needle-like, as well.
Hopsnake
(Dovisnece wolidaren)
4.8m 250.45 kg Somarinoa Hopsnake A species of salial, serpentine organisms which leap around on its single, hoofed foot feeding on oxide elements. They have an amenable temperament but use two pairs of extendable plates to try and appear bigger and thus frighten off would-be predators.
Hypermantid
(Tarantulantis roleato)
0.93m 42.32 kg Somarinoa Hypermantid A species of aggressive, swift hunters which often fight Himons for kills to scavenge off of. They often predate upon Haupis, but have no qualms about consuming the other faunal species on the planet as well. Unlike Himons, Hypermantids have been known to successfully catch Forktail Sparrowbats.
Zinotree
(Zinovermes rivdivocis)
Continually grows throughout life Varies by individual Somarinoa Easily the planet's most complex organism, the Zinotree is a species of Palateworm that has come to dominate much of the landscape during the planet's Glacial Era. In its larval stage it is insignificant and easily overlooked as it burrows through the snow drifts, where it feeds upon the sodium deposits that build up upon the roots of other vegetation. At this stage it is nearly microscopic.

As it grows, it enters the Motile Stage, where it looks similar to many other Palateworms found throughout the galaxy. Here its diet switches to air leaching and it spends a majority of its time with its head poking out of the snow in order to feed. At night it will often move to a new spot under the cover of darkness, making some early observers to refer to them as "sneaky".

What makes it unique however is when it finally matures. When it enters the Fertile Stage of its life, it extends its tail end out of the snow and anchors itself in place using its mandibles. At this point it becomes permanently sessile, and its mandibles adapt into a complex and efficient root structure. They rely on outside pollinators to fertilize them as their heads eventually disappear entirely, and their brain atrophies as it is no longer necessary. At this stage their body has no further use of the sodium it has been storing (which it uses in its metamorphosis); now it begins to store carbon. Interestingly, it cannot digest the radon found in the snow drifts and because of this, it stores the substance in vacuoles that slowly are expelled through the body.

In its final stage of life, referred to as its Elderly Stage, the leaves and blossoms that once covered the organism fall off and extend out as branch-like structures while its tail extends further out of the ground as the creature continues to grow. No metabolic changes take place, though its body loses its tough, leathery feel to give way to completely rigid, woody skin. At this point it is extremely easily mistaken for a tree. In fact, its full life cycle is only known through deep study in local labs.

Name Height Weight Discovered by Image Brief description
Gwoni
(Yicterare nayvin)
0.90m 66.41 kg Somarinoa The local sapient species, which reached the tribal era during the system's Vy'keen rule. These fearful herbivores gained intelligence as a necessity from being a prey species. They are salial creatures, covered in eyes and with their mandibles located at the top of their bodies. They are one of two species that have entered the stone age together and have begun to interbreed, likely to lead to a single species in the future.

This particular species most often than not serves as the shamans and chieftains of the tribe.

Gwoni
(Peremochet nayvin)
0.81m 61.36 kg Somarinoa Gwoni The local sapient species, which reached the tribal era during the system's Vy'keen rule. These fearful herbivores gained intelligence as a necessity from being a prey species. They are salial creatures, covered in eyes and with their mandibles located at the top of their bodies. They are one of two species that have entered the stone age together and have begun to interbreed, likely to lead to a single species in the future.

This particular species most often than not serves as the regular civilians of the tribe.

Gwonilotitan
(Z. scrofnioe)
5.1m 222.1 kg Somarinoa Gwonilotitan Of the three new species of Gwoni, the Gwonilotitan is by far the most impressive. Through arctic gigantism, this species of Gwoni has grown to roughly 5 times the size of its ancestors, making it a mammoth among men. These peaceful giants roam the snow drifts most of the time, searching for new caverns from which to locate their primary food source -- cave marrow. As they are too gigantic, they rarely stay long in these caverns, much to the relief of the other Gwoni species, who feed on the same vegetation. Their massive size as made them the centerpiece of herds of Cookie Blobs and Frostrios, which use them as a safe "bodyguard" against their own predators, which fear the might of the Gwonilotitans.

Alongside the Gwonilotitans, a species of palateworm has evolved into a tapeworm-like lifestyle, living out its life within the gut tract of the Gwonilotitans. It is rarer to find a Gwonilotitan without one of these parasites than it is to find one with one.

Korvax Average Unspecified First Spawn Korvax The Korvax are inorganic lifeforms that inhabit metallic casings passed down from generation to generation. They believe that through mathematical study they can be raised to the level of the Atlas, and that the path to this is through the study of the Sentinels.

Each Korvax is a pure mind, a drop in their great collective Convergence. The shell they inhabit is of little significance compared to their connection to this group consciousness.

The Korvax were enslaved by the Gek First Spawn, and many still view the Gek with deep suspicion.

Vy'keen Slightly above average Unspecified Unspecified Guard Doijincun The Vy'keen are a bipedal, if hunched, warrior race that follow a reciprocal honor system (doing something for one obligates the Vy'Keen to do something for the doer and vice-versa).

While the body is primarily humanoid, the facial features of the Vy'keen can vary. Most notably the jaw often protrudes, with either mouth parts or two short tentacles. Their skin is scaly and majority of the Vy'keen are green.

They once dominated the Edge of the galaxy before the Gek First Spawn backstabbed them during the Aerons War. Now they are little more than nomads.
