Chlormite is a mysterious substance-like object of unspecified composition. It has an average metal content of 59%.
The objects were first discovered by the Gek Noot on the lava planet Uerquel Wachi though he soon discovered that they were in fact artificially manufactured. Formed spontaneously by what is thought to be some sort of celestial manufacturing system hidden in the planetary system, they appear to be produced to resemble Itundite. It is unknown why this would be but immediate suspicion points towards potential spying or observing in a manner that would not directly disturb what beings appear on the planet. If this happens to be the case, it is unknown if their intent is ultimately benevolent or malicious in nature.
