Chliste Arweinyyd is a Hunyago politician and former anoist rheoli. A war veteran of the Imperial Clash and current leader of the neo-feraists, a splinter group that broke away from the traditional form of feraism. Leading the charge as the leader of it's revised stance. In opposite to Cian Hardrada's traditionalists.

Chliste was born in a UNM exclave located somewhere in North Asoya. The child of crypto-anoists who joined the UNM. His parents would eventually be discovered and subsequently executed while Chliste fled eastward. Finding refuge within the small eastern Esus exarchate. Learning under a former anoist named Sero Fera. Riding out the persecutions up to 508 CE, Chliste was raised by two rheoli's until reaching adulthood in 712 CE. With the induction of non-morphs to profess anoism by Ceannasaí Joma, Chliste joined the inquisitors to ensure the loyalty of non-morph followers. His experiences of attempting to force these converts to follow the religious orthodoxy personally pushed him to join the feraists in 1000 CE.

In 1820 CE the feraists overthrew reigning empress Gundrada Joveta to install a confirmed descendant of their ideology's eponymous founder: Sero Fera. However the named Anu Fera, immediately went against their scheme and proceeded to purge feraists from the government before they could politically entrench themselves. Chliste, not directly affiliated with the coup, worked in conjunction with Cian Hardrada, both used to root out Fastrada Basina's followers in an effort to save themselves. After the fallout, the two of them were left as the sole surviving leaders. After the FGW ended 33 years later, a rift between Chliste and Cian began growing over which the now millennia-old movement would go. Reaching the boiling point in 1854, Chliste disputed Cians' sudden nomination as leader of the feraists. Getting up onto a box to talk face-to-face questioning the new direction.
