Caenorpus

A Caenorpus swimming by Gamilian Coral and a Paddleton Frond

The Caenorpus is a large, gelatinous herbivore native to Gamila's Paddleton Sea. Their name originates from the latin Caeno Corpus, or Slime Body. They drift through the sea, feeding off plankton that finds its way into their bodies. Their most notable feature is their ability to physically contort their bodies to mimic other animals. They have clear, sensitive muscle structures that bend the bodies to the animals' wills. They can mimic many different animals, from an Inker or a Net Crawler to a school of fish or undersea plant.
