Autip MS Sprite Autips (\ɑːtɪp\) are small omnivores that take the niche of mice on their homeworld of Omess. They place their nests underneath trees for the shade provided. They can number in the hundreds per square acre during the wet season. Unlike much of the lifeforms indigenous to the planet Omess, Autips are green in order to better camouflage with the flora that they spend their lives living underneath.

As r-strategists, they must live short lives to keep their kind from overpopulating the world; as such, they will only live for 2-5 years in the wild. They often are prey to many of Omess' predatory species, including the Urhoses and even young Krakkuses.
